• The Chanslor Ranch Main House - a Classic - An ocean view  3 bedroom, 3 bath classic ranch house built in the early 1950's.  The home features large ocean view living room, formal dining with fireplace, large kitchen and breakfast area, laundry room with washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms with private patios and a soft tub.  Also included are cable TV with HBO and wireless computer access.   
  Rental Rate:  $900 per night - 2 night minimum

• Housekeeping and linen service are included with stays 3 days and longer.  
  Daily service is available for an additional charge of $50.00
• Rental amount includes wood for fireplaces
• In addition to the rental cost, we must collect an additional 9% tax for Sonoma County
• Deposit at time of reservation - 50% of total rental - balance paid at time of check-in
  Deposit will be returned if reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to date of reservation.
  Cancellation must be in writing or by e-mail.
