Deposit

• 50% of Site Cost at time of Reservation-Balance 60 days prior to event

Cancellation Policy

• Return of 90% of deposit if cancellation is received in writing 6 Months-180 days prior to event date.

• Return of 75% of deposit if cancellation is received in writing 4 Months-120 days prior to event date.

• Return of 50% of deposit if cancellation is received in writing 3 Months-90 days prior to event date. 

NOTE:
No return of deposit if cancellation received less than 90 days prior to event date
