Chanslor Ranch is a unique location for licensed and insured event planners and caterers to conduct events for their customers. Chanslor Ranch provides a superb location, parking and restroom facilities for a site charge which varies based on the size of the event and number of guests. 

Bodega Bay has approximately 250 rooms at levels ranging from luxury resorts to cozy B&B's and is approximately 35 minutes from either Petaluma or Santa Rosa with 100's of rooms.

The event planner/caterer is responsible for all other arrangements including menu, tent installation, tables & chairs, linens, music, etc. We work with your event planner or can recommend event planners, or local hotels which provide catering and event planning service. Listed below are some planners with which we have worked in the past.
